Abstract

This research is justified by the need to establish the theoretical-methodological foundations of the valorization of the visual language through education of the aesthetic values. The importance of the research theme arises from the intention to use visual language, depending on the national and international context, to perceive the significance of the visual code, which has an aesthetic impact on the receiver-observer. The perspective is objectified by the redefinition and extension of the significance on the university pedagogical dimension of the concepts of visual language and the education of the aesthetic values for students; the theoretical and methodological foundation regarding the development of visual language in the context of the education of aesthetic values; the provision of a theoretical-applicative instrument for the valorization and development of the visual language in the context of the education of the aesthetic values for the architect students. The purpose of the research consists in designing a Pedagogical model for the development of the visual language in the context of the education of the aesthetic values and the implementation of the Training Program for the valorization of the visual language for the architect students. In this way, we consider that the development of visual language for the architect students, remains a specific working tool, which allows the expression of the level of aesthetic culture. In our vision, by connecting to the new cognitive universe, to the universal modes of creative learning, the architect students develop their ability to think and express themselves artistically through lines, signs, symbols, shapes and colors, exploring the dimension of visual language and accumulating a vast professional aesthetic culture.
